  • Monique previously worked with the engineering team to coordinate scheduling, submittals and as-builts, with the project team to assist with project management and material procurement and schedule as well as the service team to coordinate preventative maintenance, service calls and small installation jobs, but has since moved to office management to use those skills throughout the company.
  • She ensures seamless communication and success throughout the sales, installation and service process across all the teams.
  • Monique also works closely with with automation team from booking to closeout to ensure all documentation is on order and communication is open throughout the process.
